Why take On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor training with Stroma?

Only qualified On Construction Domestic Energy Assessors can produce both Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) calculations and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) required for all new homes. Complete the OCDEA training with Stroma Certification and you’ll gain membership of a fully audited new build scheme.

On this comprehensive course, candidates are guided through the assessment process, from receiving clients’ instructions to gathering and inputting data to generating the SAP report and lodging the EPC.

The SAP course is the only one of its kind to cover the Scottish Building Regulations (in addition to England, Northern Ireland and Wales). A certificate is provided at the end of the course to confirm competency in EPC lodgement and understanding of regulation in Scotland.
