Understand key regulations and important compliance dates
Expand your knowledge of MEES legislation
Make sure your clients adhere to the latest compliance advice
Whether you’re an energy assessor, landlord or letting agent, the course will provide guidance on the new minimum level of energy efficiency, as well as advice for complying with The Energy Efficiency Regulations 2015.
With a large number of non-domestic properties estimated to be non-compliant with MEES, landlords and property owners will want to determine if their properties are in scope of the regulations. This could see a rise in property audits and energy assessments to identify energy improvements and check EPC ratings.
Our non-domestic MEES training can help property owners, landlords and managing agents avoid MEES risks, such as non-rentable properties and fines. We will also outline opportunities available to energy assessors in helping landlords and property owners with commercial properties comply with the new minimum standard.
