Stroma Certification DEA scheme

Stroma Certification’s DEA Certification scheme is approved by the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities (DLUHC). It provides certification for Domestic Energy Assessors to carry out energy assessments for existing domestic buildings.

It is the responsibility of the DEA to collect data on aspects of the property such as construction, heating and hot water using the Reduced Data Standard Assessment Procedure (RdSAP). This allows for an EPC to be produced.

Why join our DEA Certification Scheme?

We don’t charge an annual certification fee to DEAs and pledge to keep our lodgement fees extremely competitive. Our RdSAP software is produced in-house and is informed by our expertise in the energy and construction industries to ensure our DEA members have the right tools and information to perform their jobs to the highest standard for homeowners.
