Stroma Certification is a Government authorised provider of certification schemes for energy assessors. Since 2006, we have provided energy assessors with membership schemes to facilitate compliant lodgements of energy assessment work.
DEA
Join Stroma as a Domestic Energy Assessor if you want to lodge Energy Performance Certificates for domestic properties.
NDEA
Non-Domestic Energy Assessors conduct energy assessments on more complex commercial buildings.
OCDEA
On Construction Domestic Energy Assessors (or SAP Assessors) carry out new build energy assessments.
DEC
Public Building Assessments (such as for schools or hospitals) are completed periodically through renewal of a Display Energy Certificate (DEC).
Retrofit Assessor
Domestic retrofit work can be completed by an upskilled DEA for the requirements of PAS 2035.
