Stroma are working with floorplansUsketch (FPUS), the UK’s leading floor plan drawing company, to provide a simple online process which is integrated into our RSAP+ Software platform.

Floor plans are a growing product, with an increasing amount of online estate agents entering the market in addition to traditional high street estate agents. These clients are keen to offer a greater level of information when listing properties, including detailed floor plans of the property.

Sketch and send floor plans via RSAP+ Software

The floorplansUsketch tool integrates with Stroma’s RSAP+ Software platform. This floor plan drawing service can help assessors to win new clients and generate additional revenue whilst carrying out their typical Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) surveys. Our partnership with floorplansUsketch will provide members with a time and cost-effective solution to enable them to offer a comprehensive floor plan drawing service. floorplansUsketch offer a limitless and logistical service which can remove the hassle of producing and amending complex digital drawings on-site.

How does it work?

Sketch the plan by hand
Upload an image of the sketch to FPUS
Plan will be drawn as per the sketch and draft will be returned within one working day
As many amendments as needed can be requested to draft the plans (fair usage policy applies)
Final version completed in up to three formats of your choice.

The above is offered at a fee of £6.00 per plan*. You will only pay when you send floor plans via this service. This price is irrespective of the size of the property.

*Fair usage policy applies – amendments to a singular plan and the size of plans submitted must be within reason. floorplansUsketch will be able to discuss this further should this issue arise.

Floor Plan Training

To complement this service, Stroma Certification is also offering a Floor Plan Training course. The course provides delegates with bespoke guidance and advice to enable assessors to produce accurate floor plans efficiently. Our experts are fully trained to offer this service to help delegates reach new markets and generate additional business.
