arbn consult: Discounted retrofit EPC software

Stroma Certification has partnered with arbnco to offer Non-Domestic Energy Assessors discounted access to arbn consult – specialist software which allows members to produce retrofit energy models to support MEES, Section 63 and ESOS reporting.

NDEA members can purchase arbn consult with a special 10% exclusive discount when using a INP file that includes your STRO number.

MEES Solutions

arbn consult’s simulation tools can produce a fully costed strategy to support energy improvement measures for F or G rated properties. By identifying these ‘MEES At Risk’ properties the rating can be upgraded to E or higher. The software also helps to identify MEES exemptions.

Generating ESOS reports

One of arbn consult’s newest features is the ability to generate ESOS reports from your existing EPC data. ESOS Assessors can now produce realistic energy consumption reports for an individual or group of commercial buildings. The template includes practical energy saving improvements for the client.

Section 63 risk analysis

arbn consult provides assessment and mitigation strategies for compliance risks under Section 63. The Section 63 report is a standalone feature within the software to help with meeting carbon dioxide and energy targets.

Prices include full access to the model, reports and allow simulations to be run for up to 12 months. The size and complexity of the model has a direct impact on the upload and simulation time. For a simple upload, in which the latest version of SBEM will be used to show the equivalent current rating, as well as to store and view the model data, the cost is £35 per property. Note that these can be upgraded to a full upload at a later date by paying the difference in price. All prices are exclusive of VAT.
